1. Welcome
Welcome to Kid Play. These Terms govern your use of the app. By using Kid Play, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.
2. Who can use the app
Kid Play is designed for young children (preschool and early primary age). Children should only use the app under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for managing their child's use of the app.
3. License
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kid Play on personal devices for non-commercial, family use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
4. Family Tree photos
Kid Play lets you add photos of family members to build a family tree. These photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us or any third party. You are responsible for the photos you add. Removing a member or uninstalling the app deletes them.
5. Advertising
Kid Play shows family-safe banner ads served by Google AdMob. We enable AdMob's child-directed treatment, so only G-rated, non-personalized ads are shown. Ads appear only on passive screens — never during a learning activity or game.
6. No personal data collection
Kid Play does not require an account, login, email, or any personally identifiable information from your child. Learning progress and family photos are stored locally on the device.
7. Disclaimer
Kid Play is provided "as is" for entertainment and educational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of the content, and are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
